Four wines. Four winemakers. One winery. Brokenwood, Nick O’Leary, Gundog Estate and Four Winds will combine forces with Longrain in October, to stage an unforgettable riesling dinner. Riesling is a perfect match for the punchy flavours of South East Asian food and the dinner of Wednesday 4 October, will be no exception.
Executive Chef Griff Pamment has created a banquet menu to allow guests to explore the same vintage and same fruit, across four wines made from the same vineyard. Each wine comes to us from the beautiful Four Winds vineyard located in the cool climate Canberra district.
All winemakers will be on hand to answer questions, along with the Four Winds viticulturist John Collingwood, who will provide insight into the vineyard and the vintage of 2017.
One of the three noble white varieties, Riesling is known for its unique acid profile, long ageing and the ability to brilliantly express terror. To book your place, please visit the below link and pre-purchase tickets. Each ticket includes a full banquet menu and four glasses of riesling.
